Mix the bananas with the dates until a smooth mixture.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Cut the apple into small cubes. Stir the eggs and apple into the banana mixture.
Mix the baking powder, flour and oat flakes.
Stir the batter and pour into a non-stick baking tin.
Bake in an oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
