Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the chicken fillet in a hot pan in the olive oil and with chicken herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Drain the quinoa and mix with the orange and lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, cranberries, nuts, parsley and oregano.
Cut the chicken fillet into slices and arrange them on the quinoa salad.
