Fig Breakfast Cake

 6 figs
 4 Eggs
 75 g Greek yoghurt
 50 g oat flakes
 5 tsp cinnamon
 5 tsp vanilla-essence
 2 tbsp honing
 1 pinch of salt
 peanut oil for greasing

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease the baking dish with some peanut oil.

Cut the figs into slices. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with the figs.

Beat the eggs and add the yogurt.

Add the oatmeal, cinnamon, vanilla essence, honey and salt and stir well.

Pour the yogurt-oatmeal mixture over the figs in the baking dish.

Bake the cake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
