pecan pie

 200 g oatmeal
 2 bananas, mashed
 5 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tbsp honey
 200 ml almond milk
 2 eggs, beaten
 pinch of salt
 150 g pecans
 2 tbsp Brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 170 ÂșC.

Place the oatmeal, bananas, three tablespoons of coconut oil, a tablespoon of honey, almond milk, eggs and salt in a bowl, mix well and spoon the mixture into an oven dish or baking tin.

Put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

For the topping, mix the pecan nuts, the rest of the coconut oil, the rest of the honey and the brown sugar together and spread the mixture over the cake.

Place the cake in the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Delicious with a scoop of Greek yogurt.
