Protein shake with spelled and apple

 1 Apple
 2 protein
 100 ml spelled milk
 200 ml skim milk
 50 g low-fat herb cheese
 a handful of chives
 a handful of cress
 pepper from the mill

Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into pieces. Put it in the blender with the other ingredients and mix until a smooth shake. Season with freshly ground pepper.
