Spicy fruit crumble

 1 apple, peeled and cut into slices
 2 peaches, cut into slices
 100 g blueberries
 100 g blackberries
 1 tbsp water
 ½ tsp ginger
 pinch of nutmeg
 pinch of nutmeg
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp honey
 60 g Granola
 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
 250 g Skyr
 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the fruit in a greased baking dish.

Divide the water, herbs and honey over the fruits.

Sprinkle the granola, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds over it and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Start timer for 15 minutes

Serve with the skyr and pomegranate seeds.
