Sporty pasta carbonara

 500 g peas (frozen)
 4 tbsp slivered almonds (roasted)
 2 small cloves of garlic
 1 bundle of fresh basil
 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
 1 lemon
 150 g gekookte ham
 olive oil
 3 large eggs
 250 g low-fat yogurt
 pepper and salt
 750 g pasta penne

The almonds color in the pan and grind in the blender.

Add the garlic, salt, basil, grated parmesan and lemon juice to the blender and process until you have a homogeneous mass.

At the end, add the peas and puree until you get a nice smooth mixture.

Cut the ham into fine strips and fry them in the pan until crispy, while cooking the pasta.

Beat the eggs and yogurt together.

Mix in the pea pasta and add some cooking liquid.

Mix the cooked pasta with the carbonara and stir in the ham strips.

Serve with some parmesan.
