GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where can I go for help?

Our general email address for all questions is support@hellochamp.cc. You can also send us a message via our contact page or via the form below:

I am not receiving any emails or other communications. What should I do?

Most of our communications are sent from our support inbox email address: support@hellochamp.cc. When you reply to our emails, your reply will be read by our support team.


If you do not receive any emails from us, first check your spam folder (folder with unwanted emails).
Can you find the email(s) there? To avoid not receiving our communications, you can do the following in your email program:

  1. Drag the email to your inbox or Primary Messages folder. This way you teach your email program that you trust these emails.
  2. Add support@hellochamp.cc to your contact list
  3. Create a filter where you indicate that emails from support@hellochamp.cc should never end up in unwanted emails (spam)

Can't find any email(s) from us in your unwanted messages? Send us a message at support@hellochamp.cc. For example, you may have entered an incorrect email address and that is why the emails are not reaching your inbox.

How do the recipes, tools, programs... work?

You can create a Hello Champ account for free via this page.
Then follow our Welcome Program, where you will be explained in scents and colors how everything works. You will receive all information about how to follow this program after creating a new account.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PURCHASES

Where can I find an invoice for my purchase?

You will receive an invoice for your purchase immediately after your order via email.
Do you have a Hello Champ account? You can also consult this purchase in your account:

  1. Go to My order details
  2. Click on the “View” button next to your orders
  3. You will then find your invoice under the title Invoice

How do the gift vouchers work?

A Hello Champ gift voucher is an ideal gift for your sporty friends or loved ones. You can buy a voucher for a predetermined amount or you can choose your own amount, with a minimum of €10.

A Hello Champ gift voucher is a digital product, but you can print the PDF with the voucher and give it as a physical gift (or put it under the Christmas tree...). To send a gift voucher to yourself rather than to the beneficiary by email, do not enter an email address in the beneficiary field. You will then receive the gift voucher as an email and PDF in your own mailbox.

You can also choose to send the gift voucher on a specific date, for example on someone's birthday, a few weeks before his or her most important competition...

With a gift voucher you can purchase any Hello Champ product, with the exception of other gift vouchers.

You can also give a specific product as a gift with a gift voucher. The value of the voucher is then equal to the value of the product. The beneficiary is given the option to purchase another product afterwards with the voucher. If the voucher is worth more than the other selected product, you keep the credit for a future purchase. If the voucher is worth less than the other chosen product, the difference must of course be paid extra.


You can choose a Hello Champ design, or you can upload your own photo that will appear on the digital gift voucher. You will receive a preview of this.

A gift voucher remains valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.

To use a gift voucher, enter the code on the voucher during checkout in our shop. You can also save the gift voucher code in your Hello Champ account on this page. When you place an order and still have an active gift voucher balance, you can have the voucher applied automatically.

What is the purchasing process of an online program?

After you have placed the order for the program, you will receive your details to log in and consult the program via email. If you did not yet have a Hello Champ account, a new account will be created for you. You will receive a separate email with guidelines on how to log in.

It may take a few minutes after your order before you receive this communication.

Are you not receiving a purchase confirmation or is something not working as it should? Send us a message at support@hellochamp.cc

Do you have discounts for groups (teams, clubs...)?

We are happy to look at this on a request-by-request basis. Send us a message at support@hellochamp.cc

Can I follow a program with several people at the same time?

This is not obvious unless both people have exactly the same profile. After all, the content of our programs is adjusted based on profiling at the start.

How can I create a Hello Champ account?

The best way to do this is via our homepage. Creating an account is free. You're welcome 🙂

I forgot my password! What should I do?

On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?" and then enter your email address. You will receive a link via email to set a new password.

Does this not work? We can then create a new password for you. Please contact us at support@hellochamp.cc

How do I change my password from my account?

Go to 'My settings'. By default you will end up on the Login Information tab. Here you can set a new password.

I accidentally created more than one account, what should I do?

Not smart 🙂 Send us a message at support@hellochamp.cc and mention the different email addresses you used to create an account. We do our best to merge your different accounts. Usually this is not a major problem, but we cannot guarantee that this will always go smoothly. Some accounts contain a lot of data that should not be duplicated when merging accounts. But we do our best to help you as best as possible!

Can I delete my account?

This is possible! When you are logged in, go to this page and confirm that you wish to delete your account. Please note: this is irreversible.
