1. Products

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases of digital and physical products from Hello Champ, such as online programs, recipes, books, etc. These are collectively referred to as “Products”.

2. Website and mobile applications

“Website and mobile applications” refers to the website and mobile applications hellochamp.cc and any subdomains and mobile applications that are part of Hello Champ.

Hello Champ makes all necessary information available on its Website and mobile applications regarding the Products, such as the prices and programming information applicable at the time of purchase, the period of validity and other conditions of use associated with the Products.

The Customer acknowledges having taken note of these conditions at the time of purchasing the Products and accepts them without reservation. The prices stated include all costs associated with the purchase, delivery and use of the Products, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website and mobile applications.

Information regarding the use of Products may also be communicated in the confirmation that the Customer receives after purchase.

In the event of a donation of Products (e.g. through the purchase of a gift voucher), the Customer is responsible for also imposing the conditions attached to the purchased Products on the recipients of the Products.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the delivery times communicated are only indicative and do not bind Hello Champ. A delay in the delivery of Other cannot give rise to a fine, compensation or termination of the agreement.

All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other duties or taxes required to be paid by the Customer. If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.

The price statement applies exclusively to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

The offer is valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time by Hello Champ. Hello Champ cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.

The Products can be paid for using the online payment methods made available on the Website and mobile applications. The purchase of a Product is only final after effective payment of the price. The Customer must be responsible for any costs charged by his financial institution for transferring the amount of the purchase to Hello Champ.

All purchases are payable immediately. Hello Champ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are indications of fraud or irregularities. The purchased Products may not be traded or resold at a higher price, nor may they be used for commercial and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.

Hello Champ reserves the right to cancel the Products as soon as it is determined that the Products have been purchased unlawfully or fraudulently, directly or through third parties, without any obligation to pay compensation to anyone.

10. Delivery

The delivery of digital Products always takes place electronically, namely by sending a purchase confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer. The purchase confirmation contains a link to the Hello Champ website, where the customer can access the purchased Product. The Customer will also find the purchase confirmation in his or her online account.

The Customer must be responsible for the safekeeping of the purchase confirmation. If the Customer does not receive a purchase confirmation or if there are problems with the purchase of Products, he or she can always contact Hello Champ at the following email address:

The Customer is responsible for the validity of the e-mail address and postal address provided. Hello Champ is not responsible for the operation and security of the Customer’s or Product recipient’s email program used to receive the Products.

The delivery of physical Products such as books takes place at the shipping address entered by the customer during the ordering process. Hello Champ is not responsible for any issues with the delivery of physical products due to incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Any additional costs incurred by Hello Champ to send an order to an address other than the one specified during the order are for the benefit of the Customer.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the Customer’s place of residence within 7 days of receipt of the order if the product is in stock. Shipments are made via Bpost. Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in delivery must be immediately reported by the Customer to Hello Champ via support@hellochamp.cc.

The standard shipping costs within Belgium are free, to the Netherlands they amount to €4.96 excluding VAT, to other countries €10 excluding VAT. Shipping costs are always clearly stated during the ordering process. Standard shipping costs may be deviated from per product, this is always clearly stated on the order page.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Hello Champ.

The risk of loss for Products shipped electronically passes to the Customer or the recipient of the Product upon delivery of the email to the provider of the Customer or the recipient of the Product.

11. Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online from Hello Champ in their capacity as consumers.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

In the case of service contracts or digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period expires as standard 14 calendar days after the day of conclusion of the contract, unless this is expressly stated otherwise during the ordering process.

In the case of physical products, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. If the customer has ordered multiple goods in the same order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day on which the Customer physically takes possession of the last good.

Hello Champ will send the customer confirmation of receipt of the revocation in response to his or her message.

In the event of withdrawal of physical products, the Customer must return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the agreement to Hello Champ. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.

If the returned product has been reduced in value in any way, Hello Champ reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Only items that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be returned.

If the Customer revokes the agreement, Hello Champ will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Hello Champ has been informed of the Customer’s decision to cancel the agreement. to revoke the agreement. For sales contracts, Hello Champ may withhold reimbursement until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Hello Champ will reimburse the Customer – as far as possible – with the same payment method with which the Customer carried out the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.

The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

  • service agreements after the full performance of the service;
  • the delivery of goods manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications, or that are clearly intended for a specific person;
  • the delivery of goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
  • the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the Customer and provided that the Customer has acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal (e.g. software);

12. Liability

Hello Champ guarantees that the Products have the characteristics stated on the Website and mobile applications.

Only in the event of persistent technical malfunctions on the Website and mobile applications that result in the Customer being unable to use the purchased Products within the withdrawal period, Hello Champ will refund the purchased Products within a maximum period of 30 thirty days.

To the extent and to the extent permitted by law, Hello Champ’s liability is in any case limited to direct damage and to the value of the purchased and paid for Products. 14. Changes to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale

To the extent permitted by and in accordance with applicable law, Hello Champ reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without notice, including to adapt them to a changed service or to changes in legal and regulatory requirements. 16. Force majeur

Hello Champ cannot be held liable for the consequences of force majeure, which can be defined as any event or circumstance over which it has no reasonable control.

17. Unenforceable provisions
