 2 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
 2 handfuls of arugula
 2 handfuls of baby salad
 2 handfuls of mixed lettuce
 125 g fresh goat cheese, crumbled
 1 pear, cut into slices
 2 figs, cut into 4
 pomegranate seeds
 4 tbsp pecans
Voor de vinaigrette
 4 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tsp mustard
 5 shallot, chopped
 pepper and salt

Mix the salad in a bowl. sDecorate with the goat cheese, pear, figs, pomegranate seeds and pecan nuts.

Mix all ingredients for the vinaigrette.

Serve the salad with the vinaigrette and bread.
