 200 g low-fat yogurt
 200 g blueberries
 3 tbsp oatmeal (uncooked)
 2 tsp grenadine
 fresh mint
 1 kiwi
 2 whole wheat crackers

Bereiding

Mix the yogurt with the berries, the oatmeal, the grenadine, the
mint and kiwi in the blender into a light shake.

Mix in some ice cubes if necessary.

Serve with crackers for dipping.
