Ingrediënten


 1 cauliflower, in florets
 1 big egg
 45 g Parmesan cheese
 1 tbsp Provencal herbs
 2 slices of low-fat young cheese
 a few sprigs of fresh oregano, thyme and rosemary
 freshly ground pepper

Bereiding

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Steam the cauliflower in a bain-marie until it is soft.

Allow to cool and mix with the egg, Parmesan cheese and herbs and knead into a dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and divide the dough into four equal mounds. Flatten them a little and bake them in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes.

Cut the ham and cheese to the same size as the fried cauliflower piles.

Bedek twee schijfjes bloemkool met de sneetjes kaas en ham, maak met een spatel voorzichtig de andere schijfjes los van de bakplaat en bedek er de croques mee. Zet nog ongeveer 5 minuten in de oven tot de kaas gesmolten is.

Remove from the oven and decorate with the herb sprigs and some freshly ground pepper. Tasty!
